Commission Free Auto Repair

I made an appointment on with Joe to get my car checked out due to it overheating for 01/02/26. Once I arrived that Friday, he asked me what was going on with my car, had me fill out paperwork for basic information such as full name/ address etc. Once he got done inspecting my car, he gave me the paperwork stating what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to get it fixed. My issue is, he told me that I owed $70 to get it inspected and I was not aware of that. I tried to express to him that I wasn’t informed of that when I initially made the appointment with him but he was very short with me. He then proceeded to tell me “well I have to make my money somehow” and that his prices were better compared to other auto shops. He had so sympathy whatsoever and didn’t even the decency to l

My friend bought tires from them. She has only gone 21,000 miles. The 2 front tires almost bald. She rotates tires with every oil change. The receipt said 50,000mi. for the tires. The owner was beyond obnoxious. He said to me that she had to prove she had alignment 3 years ago. She purchased the tires 3 years ago. Does he NOT do an alignment when putting on new tires? I had to when I got new tires a Firestone. It was on the receipt. His receipt does not show an alignment. So he does not do proper work for new tires. Do not purchase from this company. We're going to contact the tire company about one of their distributors treating their customers and not honoring the action of selling bad tires. Just a warning. My radiator fell through at the airport, and I was panicking. They accepted it quickly and had it done in no time. Very grateful I was taken care of during a very stressful situation. Thank you!
