0 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience at Discount Tire. I arrived at 9 AM (store opened at 8) and was told it would be about an hour and a half before they could get to my vehicle, which I understood. After waiting that long, I paid nearly $500 for two tires and was then told it would be another hour. When I asked what was taking so long, they said they couldn’t find the tires, even though I had already paid and was told they were there. About 30 minutes later they “found” them in the back. In total, I spent five hours just to get two tires replaced. The employee working on my vehicle seemed very inexperienced. When I was leaving, he said he didn’t know where the spare tire went and claimed the parts I provided didn’t go to it. I had to get another

Update: just go anywhere else. Please read the full story. Since the original incident it did not get any better. Was told to wait until Friday. Thursday, I decided to check in. They had no idea where the tires were and it took a second call to obtain that information. After an hour, they called back and said they should be in by Monday. I call Monday, they lost the appointment. Reschedules me to asap around 11am and it would be done in an hour. Unfortunately, they decided to schedule this apppointment AGAIN without having the tires. All monday, i spend my day wondering if id have my car. At the end of the day i planned on picking it back up as is...but apparently I couldnt because they decided to put it on the lift? Had a great experience at Discount Tire. After another shop installed my tire pressure sensor but didn’t reprogram it, Jason stepped in and fixed it in about two minutes. He was very nice, professional, and knew exactly what to do. I was back on the road with no issues. Really appreciate the quick and friendly service.

Brendan and Kevin did an outstanding job on one of our vans. The moment I arrived, they had it ready to pull into the bay. Their efficiency really stood out—when it comes to fleet management, every minute away from the job site means lost resources. I’ll definitely be bringing our vehicles back here again!

I stopped by this location today for a tire inspection, and ended up needing one of my tires replaced. The service was excellent! I've come to this location several times in the past, and I will definitely be back. James (Sr. Assistant Manager) was the person I worked with, and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he answered them all. He went above and beyond, and I wanted to give him a shout out. Thanks again!
