Bill is the best mechanic he's always putting in the best work And I've witnessed many times where he sacrifices his own time to work on cars❤Barbara does a wonderful job of handling the office👍 Both are always polite with customers and wonderful at their jobs (My grandparents btw)

Went to get my transmission fix said he could do it now i need a new car do not go here at all did a flush on my car said to keep driving it then the transmission blow up said he look at the torch converter and never did that. NEVER GO HERE LOOK ON YOUTUBE AND DO IT YOURSELF BEFORE YOU GO HERE

Took my car in for a simple inspection while I went on vacation. When I came back, I ended up being over charged and the technician (Bill Twist) had ran into my back bumper. Unfortunately, I entrusted him to repair the damage and my trust very misplaced! The bumper now looks absolutely horrible (paint does not match and it does not line up with rest of the rear body panels). His billing practices are highly questionable and his bodywork skills are non existent.

In addition, my name is Elaine Hilliard and I have all the paper work proving he over charged me and court depositions stating he wanted to charge me additional storage fees after the fact that he admitted in running into my back bumper & doing a lousy hack job in repairing it; no matter how Mr. Twist replies to this statement.
