Bought a car from here been trying get a sensor put on i bought never got done called about a transmission problem hopeing to get check still no answer or call back thought was a good investment since paid 5500 cash 4 months later trans screw loose idk how called them like guess they got my money and said o well sad part a blk owed company and im nee to va so dont no nobody very sad but we suppose to support blk owed company dont fo it !!!! Pussed off really

They held my car for two months and charged me for stuff i didn't ask for. Also when i picked it up and had new problems that weren't there before. be careful with these people.

Bad service by the father. Took my car and he did not do a good job communicating, diagnosed my car appropriately yet he charged for bad service. My car broke back down the next day. They sit outside and talk all day but tell you they are stocked up on work.

Lonnie Johnson worst black business i ever deal with. June 4 monday 945 am i brought my Durango in his shop. Told me he'd look at it noon. Had to call him several times before i got some one. Then at 500pm he says tomorrow, I understand its a business and he's got other cars but if he was so too busy for my business then he should have said so. When i did get my car so called fixed on june 6 It still had the same problem. I took it back to him he didn't have time And just basically didn't want to be bothered. I took my car to YATES AUTO ON HALIFAX ST. and he took the time to look for the problem. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AFTER MY EXPERIENCE.

don't take your car here. They charged me $200 to fix a problem that came back right back after i picked it up.
