These guys are great. They always fit me in for an inspection and I’m in and out, lickety split. AS ALWAYS, last minute inspection, he got me in and out - always a pleasure to work with and SO convenient to my home!

Got me right in for inspection. Quick and efficient. Can't recommend them enough.

Wells has always been a good place to take my vehicles over the years. They have always been honest and fair. I have had a transmission replaced by them, gotten towed, and so many inspections I couldn't count, and they have always been polite and professional.

Edit: they installed a faulty air compressor and don’t want to take responsibility for it and fix it. Blaming it on the other place we took for a second opinion (all they did was look at it) and now Wells wants to say it’s their fault. When they did nothing to the vehicle. Air compressor was still under warranty when I called but they refuse to fix. And are super unprofessional not even willing to communicate. Bad at communicating and customer service is lacking. We’ve been going there for three years and the owner never remembers who we are and numerous times they didn’t even remember our appointment (it’s almost like they don’t write stuff down).
