Complete Auto Repair

I was passing through Hammond on a road trip and had to get one of my wheel bearings replaced. I was given the name of Complete Auto Repair by a server at a restaurant the night before. I couldn't be happier! They got me in first thing in the morning, and I was back on the road by noon. Urial, the tech, took the time to show me the extent of my issue and provided advice for the rest of my trip. I was entertained by lively conversation on linguistics among other things, and Bob even asked that I call back to let him know when I finish my journey safely. Price seemed high, but I think it's more a sign of the times than anything. It was 100% worth it for some peace of mind while driving thousands of miles. This is a wonderful, small shop that made me feel like family in less than 3 hour

Excellent service. Fast as well. Week later the problem I came in for still hasn’t return. They diagnosed the problem efficiently. If it wasn’t for the warranty coverage company delays. I would’ve been out of there in under an hour. Once my part arrived from the auto parts store. I was out of there in less than an hour afterwards. Considering I was a walk in, that’s pretty fast. Even without a warranty their prices are reasonable. They get the job done. Not sure if he is the owner, but the guy at the front desk is a great guy. Keeps you informed throughout the process. I will be back, and highly recommend this location

My flowmaster muffler was hanging so I came here and upgraded to a super 40 flowmaster series . They had it in stock ! Kathy gave me a deal with the new muffler and installed for a great price ! Thanks !

I had repairs completed on my car (Warranty) during the repair process. I was informed I needed 2 new tires for the front of my car. I purchased them of course, However the tires were used . I paid $380 for the tires and balancing. Both tires were no good within 90 days of purchase I needed new tires. I inquired about the warranty on the new tires. The owner discarded me and my question. He provided no assistance nor warranty information. I would never use this place again.

Went in with my 2020 Kia Stinger for a drive shaft. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Saved a few hundred dollars not going to the dealership! Service was quick as well. Highly recommend
