It has always been my philosophy that if a person can take time out to make a complaint, they should be able to take time out to make a compliment especially when it is well-deserved, and John & Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor provided me with a great experience. They were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and fast. They gave me multiple options for repairs, and the necessary recommendations I needed for the future. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my car, and I highly recommend they're services. Going to Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor was a great decision.

I took my car in for what seemed to be a brake pad not fully retracting. They found worn out suspension parts and replaced them. All seemed fine but the noise I had mentioned was still there. I talked to John and he inspected the work that had been done. He said they had overlooked what turned out to be a very obscure problem with the flange that the rotor mounts to. He said they should have caught that and replaced the bearing assembly, rotor and pads at no cost. He could have said it was a hidden problem and charged for the repair. I would have paid and been less than satisfied. As a former business owner, I understand you have to stand behind your work and it can hurt but it’s the right thing to do. That’s INTEGRITY. Got our car in the same day we called! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was also a huge help that they were able to provide us with a loaner car for the day. This small business truly stands out compared to bigger corporate shops. They actually took the time to check everything thoroughly, explain what was going on, and made us feel heard instead of dismissed. The level of care and attention made a big difference. John and his crew were great. We took the car in to get a second opinion about an issue that the dealership told us about. John took a look at the car. He told us how to go back and handle the issue with the dealer; armed us with everything we needed to do to answer all of their questions and get a better outcome under warranty. This place is great! John and his crew will get all of our future car business!

My grandson's car broke down on him on Thursday close to 4 o'clock and it was fixed and back on road the NEXT DAY! Im so glad I chose this shop because I had no idea where to have his car towed. They took the time to explain what happened and what they fixed. Emily & John are great! Thanks so much you guys! We certainly have found a new shop to take my grandson's older car!
