This was the best experience I have had for auto repair. There estimate was spot on or less. Needed brakes and some of the motor cooling system. That final bill was under estimate. Compressor and air shocks in back was spot on. Were honest didn’t try to find 15 other things wrong. This is a great place to come if you need great auto techs who know what they are doing and are truly honest…….Then bring your car here!!

Had my car towed to them because of a break down and they were one of the closest to where I was. I am very happy I did though. They were very professional and willing to get a used part for my beater just to get it running again. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an honest and reasonably priced mechanic to check them out.

I can't say enough about Shawn and Complete Car Care. I was told by a Honda dealer that I need work done. I was questioning one of the repairs and contacted Complete Car Care. I was told to bring the car in for an estimate at no charge and yes there was work stated on my estimate from Honda that I did not need. I so appreciate his honest especially being a women. I scheduled the repairs and my work was done in a professional manner from the office staff to Shawn the owner. REASONABLY PRICED HONEST GREAT SERVICE!! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR CAR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE NEEDS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I came as a first time customer here during the State of WI stay at home order. Shawn the owner was honest and very thorough. The work was done in less time than originally quoted. The mechanic who serviced my car did great work. My car runs very well now. This will be my mechanic for life. I highly recommend, and if you are a woman, go here. Shawn will not price gouge you.
