Could not be happier with the work I got done on my car. My car was side swiped by a semi and left a good amount of damage. Coppernall was super helpful throughout the whole process and my car looks brand new.

The owners, father and son team, were friendly, honest, respectful, genuine, and helpful. They got my car done in less time than they estimated which was awesome and they stayed in touch each step of the way. I was even able to stop by to drop off some new license plates I had ordered and they added them for me despite it not being a part of their original plan. I was in a collision than damaged the drivers side, especially when the back end. The paint job and new parts they did were fantastic! Doesn’t even look like I was ever hit. I trust them with my car and will return if I need repairs again.

Working with Coppernall Premier Auto was an extremely pleasant experience and the service was exceptional. My Toyota Camry needed a door replaced due to a deep dent/scratch and the work was completed quicker than we expected and the loner car I had in the meantime was spotless. The employees we worked with were very sincere and professional and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The day I got my car back, I also realized they had detailed the inside. This honestly blew me away and made my entire week! It was a small gesture that went a long way. We will definitely be back in the future if needed and I am quick to recommend Coppernall Premier Auto to anyone needing repairs.

Excellent service! They were extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule to get my car in. The repairs were done perfectly—my car looks brand new! I was also so impressed that they cleaned both the inside and outside before returning it. Highly recommend this place for their professionalism, quality work, and great customer care!

I've used Premier Auto Body twice and they are very impressive. I just had them replace a broken exterior door handle and it looks great, cost less than they had quoted me, and was 75% less than the dealer was going to charge. The other time I used them was due to paint damage and the paint match was Perfect, service was fast and friendly, and it looks like there was never any damage. I will always recommend them to my friends.
