I worked with Nick for two days to set up exactly what I needed for my LX 570 windshield replacement. I requested ceramic tint, top limo tint, and an OEM rain sensor replacement. Nick was awesome—he made sure the windshield went to the tint shop ahead of installation, so when the team arrived at my house, it was fully tinted and ready to go. The technician, Jorge, and his partner (I didn’t catch his name) were fantastic! They arrived on time, explained the entire process, and confirmed that the rain sensor issue on my old windshield would be resolved with new OEM parts. I had several issues with a windshield replacement company, a name I wish not to mention ( Let's call them ?) ? attempted to replace my windshield with after market..not compatible with my vehicles camera nor some of it's other techy whatnots. Best customer service ever, Dave helped me, my father and my mother getting our windshields replaced. He handled everything from calling the insurance and opening the claim to coming to our house to get the pictures needed for the claim. He made sure all our needs were met and made sure everything was done correctly. I definitely recommend using them to anyone who needs a windshield replaced. They also made sure our vehicle cameras were calibrated. If I could rate them 10 stars I would!

Nick, Mike and Ryan are all INCREDIBLY AMAZING. I was able to get a quote, a new windshield and calibration all completed in about 16 hours. UNBELIEVABLE!!
