Shout out to Misty She’s amazing at finding anything that you need In a timely manner. The workers in the shop are very Hard-working and have a lot of experience in what they do. ALSO a bonus of having a lot of patience with questions that need to be asked. Overall, I had a really great experience in buying my fifth wheel. Brought my semi truck in with a RV conversion. We had a large water leak coming from the roof AC while driving. Pouring water from the roof AC vents. Asked them to re seal it. They said the gasket was fine probably just condensation...Pouring water from a rain storm vs condensation. Okay thats fine. Also brought it in for a fuel leak on a common RV generator. Was told it is too complicated nothing they can do. Waste of a day and 150 dollars for nothing to be done. Thanks guys.

So very happy with our experience at Comrie RV in Hermiston. Kelly took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted and that wasn't easy. We looked at other lots and were quickly pressured into buying something we didn't want or need with gimmicks and high pressure tactics. Not at Comrie. All of our questions and concerns were addressed respectfully. When it came time for financing Kelly was able to get us several financing offers to choose from and we were able to choose the option that worked best for us. They provided us with a full hour-long walk through so we were comfortable with how to operate every feature on our new RV. They made sure our hitch was set up and adjusted correctly and we were able to get the additional accessories we needed from the service center for a reasonab

I put one star because I could not put a minus. Seemed very helpful for a while until just no communication no follow up. Made promises to contact me in a day or two never heard from them. Call to ask why got very defensive. And I have another issue that they seemed not interested in helping me with. Good customer service when it’s easy for them otherwise extremely poor.

Keep in mind while reading this was a brand new, never-used Outback 340BH Keystone Travel Trailer! I strongly advise everyone to avoid the service department at Comrie. My experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I have had many cars and homes with lots of repairs, but nothing even close to this experience. Their warranty process does not align with the manufacturer, and the technicians exhibit the poorest craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. I also suspect there is absolutely no quality control.
