Chris is awesome. He found the solution to my son's electrical issue that (2) previous shops in the Indy area could not determine. Definitely will be going back to him if other problems come up with my vehicles. He kept me posted throughout and was honest, which is tough to find these days.

They know me by NAME here. Probably cause I drive beaters with heaters and THIS MAN CHRIS keeps me on the ROAD!! HAHAH My job, yoder toder, beats the hell out of my vehicles. It could be MY driving but I'm blaming it on the ROADS....lol Anyway, there isn't a problem that man can't fix. Now, I just bought a used vehicle from him last week! SWEET RIDE way to nice for me and my job. But buying it from him gives me piece of mind that I HAVE THE BEST VEHICLE for MY MONEY.. even gave me a warranty.. This man KNOWS alot. I think his specialty is electronics or maybe Thats how he started out. But I think hes the BEST ALL AROUND MECHANIC. I will take every vehicle I have to him. If needed. I've been going here since 1993, always been great, I've spent several thousand dollars over the years on 8 different vehicles. I recently had a break down on my daughter's car, had it towed there for an inspection/possibly repair. I informed Chris that it was going to have to wait until I was paid (around 10 days), now he is charging me $25 a day for storage. I refuse to pay this based on my 30 years of patronage of his business. He has been having problems with the city because of all of the vehicles sitting there, not my problem. The office person was very rude as well, would not listen to me at all, 30 years of customer loyalty out the window. Very foolish and not good business practice.

I went there and had my fob programming done. They were able to work me into there schedule quickly. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable. Amazing customer service. If you ever need a replacement fob or one programmed, these folks are the best in town.

I was a bit skeptical taking my car to such a questionable area. Once i went in i was greeted with such respect and professionalism. All of the employees are so likable and helpful. I got keyless entry, remote start and cruise control for under 600 which I thought was fair. I was really impressed with them getting it all done so quickly. I strongly recommend them!
