Concours Body Shop

Finding an auto body shop is almost as bad as going to the dentist. I had a “minor” mishap in a parking lot, as a pickup backed into my 2016 Ford Mustang GT, leaving a “tattooed” impression of the trailer hitch in the rear bumper. OUCH! … my pride and joy! My introduction at Concours began with a phone call, speaking to owner, Brian Faul, whom took the time to put my concerns at ease. From there, estimate, appointment, drop off, pickup and walk around, was handled by Bill. Long story short, EXTREMELY satisfied: Workmanship, paint match, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

They did an amazing job on my Toyota tundra sr5 paint and all damage parts was replaced and the paint looks like it came from factory I can’t complain with the service or the work they did thank you

Came in for a paid lift inspection and supplemental estimate only ($250), clearly stating multiple times that I was not authorizing repairs and only needed documentation for insurance. At the appointment, I was told I “had to fix the car” and that they would not proceed unless I signed full repair authorization paperwork, including assignment of benefits, power of attorney, and direction to pay language — all of which go far beyond an inspection or estimate. When I attempted to limit authorization to inspection-only in writing, it was clear the shop’s process is repair-only, despite the visit being scheduled as an inspection/supplement. Best Body Shop! I needed some paint work on my RAM RHO and they got me in and was able to take care of all the issues from delivery. They are great at communicating and updates. My contact person was Shelby. She has been a gem during this entire process. Great place. They are all professional and kind and I thank them from the bottom of my heart!
