Congress Street car wash

Went here today and got ripped off. Was charged $10 to use the do it yourself wash . It was more expensive than the automatic car wash. What a joke. Will not be back !

There’s no way to get in contact with ownership , however today when trying to self service wash my company truck , TWO of the self service stalls have busted pressure washer hoses , spraying water everywhere but from the nozzle , that’s TWO separate charges on my card and was not able to wash the truck. I will be disputing both charges.

The car wash has plenty of stalls to wash your vehicle so your not waiting a long time to wash. Their equipment is pretty much always working and the owner and other workers there will help you out if needed. Their vacuums however need to be monitored better cause there usually malfunctioning and not working. They have a drive thru car wash in the back also if its too hot to get out and clean your car yourself.

Easy touch up and go. Clean and tidy bays.

I called at 6 to see what the hours are since I don’t know the hours, and he answered questioning me, do you know what time is it? And very frustrated
