Called ahead just inches from close and they were super happy to accommodate me. At least the guy on the phone. 😂 Don’t hate on them because of this comment. I’m very grateful. I wasn’t trying to be a burden but man these men got it done fast as heck. Quite impress. I didn’t count but they had at least 12 min until close and I got there around 4:43. Been by twice to get 30 minute job done, turned away both times. Master mechanic informed me be there first thing Monday morning and lift would be free. I called end of prior week and Ieft msg if lift not going to be free Monday to please call me back as not to waste my time. No call back. When arrived Monday lift still occupied, was told you can leave your vehicle and they may get to it tomorrow. Looking for somewhere else to take my 3 vehicles. Customer consideration & honest conversation goes a long way.

alignment machine seems to be conveniently broken everytime I call....it's like McDonald's ice cream machine

Stopped by because my car was making a grinding noise while accelerating. Orion test drove it for me and was able to determine where the noise was coming from. They didn’t perform that service there but were able to recommend an auto shop in San Marcos. Overall a pleasant experience and I’ll be taking my car back there in the future. Prompt, friendly service. Trustworthy and kudos to Orion for going out of his way.

I was in town to visit family when my car began to ride rough. I took it to Conley's and the gentleman was very helpful and didn't try to sell me or offer diagnostics that I didn't need. He was honest about the service I needed, which they could not provide there. I was able to take my vehicle somewhere else and get back on the road to Houston. His honesty helped me get back on the road quickly and safely.
