We needed to transport a vintage vehicle that wasn’t running, so it was important to find the right people who could handle the job with care. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the service was professional and smooth the whole way through. Called Loki after waiting 2 hours for a different company that told us they'd be there in an hour. Emily was so kind, and gave us a quote & an eta. She called as soon as Cody was done with his current job so we hired them. She gave us an eta of 40 - 45 minutes, and Cody arrived in 30! Unfortunately, our situation was beyond his capability. He drove us about 40 minutes home and they refunded the entire amount of the charge! They also gave us the name of another company that would be able to get our truck out (physically needed two tow trucks). Highly recommend this company!!
