I have been satisfied living here for nine years due to wonderful friends. Now we have a competent staff with Louise, Rick, Jillian and Jessie, who listen and are trying to work with Calamar to make improvements. There are many repairs needed which have been long neglected and garbage that needs to be emptied more frequently. - a process I hope will move forward.

Connect55+ in Londonderry is a nice place to live at. The location is convenient, the management team is efficient and the social activities offered are diverse.

I moved here to stay in my community of Londonderry. and, although I don't take advantage of all the activities, its nice to know I can. I do the exercise programs, card playing, and events.

I visited the Londonderry community last week. Nick was a great representative of your brand. He took me through the community, introduced me to a few residents, answered all of my questions, was patient, and really listened to me. I visited a number of other places and no one else came close to Nic. Thank you again Nic!

No manager for over a year. Inconsistent management for the last 5 years (quit after a short period of time). No on-site maintenance person. My mother’s shower has leaked to the apartment below for 3 years. Despite letting management know, no adequate response.
