The team did a great job of squeezing me in to have a new set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced. They showed great communication and care with my new wheels. Would gladly go back.

My first experience here, and it was great! Keith and Paul were very nice and welcoming. I loved the fact that when my inspection was done, they sent me a list of things that passed, needed fixing in furture and things needed done urgently right to my phone. There was also pictures sent to show me where the problems were. I will definetly be back in the future! Thank you so much Keith and Paul!

After realizing i had a flat tire, i called Connecticut Tire, recommended by my daughter and her husband. I worked with Keith and could not have been more satisfied. They were able to locate the tires and completed the work the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness and service. The shop also has a comfortable waiting area if needed.

This is a great shop. I've gone to CT Tire and Auto for tire mounting twice so far. Both experiences were great and they do quality careful work. Keith and Paul are both class acts and go above and beyond in customer service, from happily granting my annoying requests, to Paul staying late on a Friday so I could pick up my wheels before the weekend. They installed tires on my brand new wheels with care to not put a mark on them. Balanced nicely without vibrations, and the work was performed quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

I had Connecticut tires @ Berlin CT install my alloy wheels, which I bought from an aftermarket website. Their service was very quick; they answered my call and let me come in for the installation a few days later. Keith was the person who impressed me the most. He handled everything from start to finish. After the installation process , they had a slight problem because the wheel nuts weren't the correct type for safety reasons. Keith didn't want to install them and came back to tell me that he needed a little more time to find the correct parts, he helped me to call the website that I bought the wheels which made everything clear. Now I wait for the correct parts coming in and will let them finish all the work soon , I will update the post again.
