Leaving work on a Friday my car seemed to be making a sound that indicated something was wrong with my brakes. I was nervous that I’d have to wait the whole weekend before bringing it in but Joe not only got my car in, he fixed the problem on record time. Fair prices, excellent work, and incredible service.

Joseph Concra at RPM Autowerks in Berlin, CT is your man for any and all 3.0T, Audi and all Euro related service. I just had him do my PCV, Oil Check Valves, a much needed Carbon cleaning, injector cleaning and reseal, JXB carrier bearing, and my 187mm lower pulley installed. He also flashed my car to Jackal’s Stage 2 single pulley tune for me! For an absolute bargain of a price that he was completely upfront and honest about. We had an issue finding a 1310 belt (my fault I lost mine lol) and he spent all day calling different parts stores until he found one and got it all taken care of. I felt like he took the time and care as if it was his own car. He updated me with pictures along the way of the whole process and maintained excellent communication. I will only be taking my car to Joe

Brought them my 2013 Audi S5 for all kinds of things, from basic maintenance to major services, and I have never left disappointed! Truly some of the best work I’ve seen from any auto shop, they know exactly what they’re talking about and the prices are unmatched! Would highly recommend!

Joe performed a 55k service on my 2014 Audi A6 3.0t including spark plugs, oil change, pcv valve, thermostat, and carbon cleaning for a reasonable price. Car was burning a quart of oil every 1k and have had zero issues since. Work was done timely and Joe was very helpful helping understand the issues. Will be going back for future service.
