27 Jan 2026. URGENT and CAUTIONARY ADVICE. Brought my 2024 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Pro in to Conrad's in Berea for avHunter Road Force tire balance, tire rotation, and oil change. The next day I was driving around town and was notified by the person I was visiting for the week that there was a large stain on their driveway. Upon returning to their home, it indeed was the oil from my truck. Checking my dipstick, it indeed registered nothing. I called Conrad's and was told to bring my truck in immediately. I have a skid plate on the front of my truck (for protection for off-roading) and I told the manager that I wanted every speck of oil removed as it acted as a serving dish for the six and a half quarts of oil that had drained out. I scheduled an appointment for a tire repair and was told that I could wait for the service. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that it wouldn’t be done for two days because they were busy. It was just a flat tire, and I should have been told at the time of booking that I would need to drop off the car and couldn’t wait. As a result, I had to tow my car again to a different place. Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service.

Conrads was trying to charge me $3100 for something that I could get done for less than $500 elsewhere. ALSO they decided to put a hole in my engine cover and not tell me about it. Good thing I know a good lawyer.

i took my car for an oil change , rotate the tires and check the alignment and their coupon said they would do an courtesy inspection also. I asked if they could look at my brakes while the tires were off and also check my fluids. I dropped my car off at 11:00 am and it wasn't done until 4:30. I am pretty sure they didn't bother to look at the brakes or the fluids. Very disappointed in service i received. Won't be back.

Before the alignment, my car tracked straight. Now, after the alignment, the steering wheel has to be turned to drive straight. That means the alignment wasn’t done correctly. I paid for a four-wheel alignment. The rear wasn’t adjustable, and they didn’t ask me if I wanted to proceed only with the front. Now I essentially paid full price for a service that not only didn’t fix anything, but made the car worse. When asking for a refund James, got pissy, and disrespectful. Great service
