I cannot say enough good things about Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Berea! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that's becoming increasingly rare. Abe, the store manager, sets the tone for the entire operation. His leadership is evident in how the whole team operates, with a clear commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and staff, creating an environment where everyone feels valued. What really impressed me was the team's willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just want to get the job done; they wanted to get it done right. Misleading store. Got a full set of tires done here and was quoted on the phone $700 with the discount for what I was getting. When picking it up, the cost was over $1000 and explained labor, and state taxes and fees were not included. Tire install itself is good from what I can tell. But if you ask for a quote for tires before brining it in, be wary and know they may not tell you the full out the door price.

It’s never fun to wake up to a flat tire!! Tire Choice got me right in! Gave them a call, got an appointment 30 mins later, they removed the screw/fixed the tire and it was all done in 20ish minutes!! Both staff on site were friendly & efficient (didn’t get their names). Will definitely be using them more in the future!! Thanks for the speedy fast service & on a Friday night too!!

Great service, great tires. Quick and easy. Very professional staff. They checked the car over for safety. Nice to know they have my back. I will recommend to friends and family.

Didn’t have an appointment so they got me in they said it would take a hour maybe hour and a half but I’m still waiting on my car 3 hours later for one tire…. And I got lucky they had my tire in stock because they don’t carry tires in stock.. one tire took all day .. service sucks and tire was overpriced but I had a flat so I had to get it there never getting anything done there again👎🏼
