Went in for repairs and dropped my car off overnight. They did an excellent job taking care of the issues and I was driving again by afternoon the next day. Great service and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Consumer Beware: My Experience at Conrad’s Tire in Brunswick, Ohio I rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others after a deeply disappointing experience at Conrad’s Tire. I brought my 2024 Volvo (a fleet vehicle through Wheels) in for a simple repair—a nail in the passenger-side rear tire. I told Mary at the front desk I was in a rush, as I had to drive to Columbus that evening. To her credit, she fit me in quickly. That’s where the positives end. After waiting nearly an hour, Mary came out and said, “It’s your driver-side rear tire, correct?” I said no—it’s the passenger-side rear. She insisted I had told her otherwise, which I absolutely did not—and I had a witness to confirm it. They then had to restart the process to fix the correct tire. I left as soon as the car was

Exceptional service demonstrated by everyone. There was a little frustration seen when the systems went down and a line of people were waiting to get checked in, but the employees at the counter maintained professionalism and asked for patience. As soon as the system recovered they keep things moving.

I had a screw in my tire that I was able to remove but could not get it patched. I went up on a Saturday which I knew was a busy day for them and asked if there was any way they could patch it. I was told I had to leave it but they'd make it work. I got a call a couple hours later that it was done and ready. Any other place could have told me they were too busy and brush it off, but Conrad's really helped me out!

My husband sent me here because he had a good experience here in the past. They were helpful and got me in and out quickly. I’ll be back for sure!
