Continental Transmission

I had an excellent experience at Continental Car Shop! My radiator needed work, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. The repair was done right the first time, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. Their customer service was top-notch, the prices were fair, and the whole process was stress-free. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the respect they show their customers. I definitely recommend Continental Car Shop to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy car repair!

These guys are amazing! They got above & beyond and very have very fair prices. To sum it up last winter I paid another shop for a full tune up also to have my coil pack changed and a couple other things. That shop charged me for the coil pack and the labor but didn't actually replace it. So out of no where my car started acting up while out running errands(basically misfiring) I looked up shops near me they were my first call and the only call I had to make. They had their personal tow truck to me In less than an hr! And gave me a ride home They didn't rush through it and just bandaid the issue like many shops would have, they went through absolutely everything that could cause the issue it was having. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Updated Review – 3 out of 5 stars) UPDATE (January 2026): I wanted to update my original review now that the situation has been resolved. After a very long and frustrating process that kept my car at the shop for just over three weeks, I did eventually get the vehicle back with the post-repair issues resolved. The loud clunking and rattling that appeared immediately after the original transmission repair were traced to exhaust-related problems, including a failed flex pipe, which was repaired. The shop also provided free towing both ways, which I do appreciate. While the length of time without my vehicle and the shifting explanations during that period were extremely stressful, I do want to acknowledge that the owner personally reached out to discuss my experience. Been dealing with Greg the owner for over a decade, he is amazing. Paul the service manager is great. Even the tow truck operator is a great guy. My truck mechanic that I have been using (Reeds Automotive) for many years recommended that I call Continental for the problem I had this past Monday and I'm so glad that they did. I called and they were polite and professional They were upfront about the charge to remove and disassemble my transmission to give me a detailed assessment of my problem. Afterward they did not pressure me at all to make my decision on weather or not to get the job done. They explained everything and when I said to go ahead and do the job, they started immediately and just over 24 hours later, they delivered the truck back to my house fully repaired and running great. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company. They weren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Great job guys.
