I had purchased a piece of equipment from a competitor. After trying multiple times to get it fixed under warranty they were still unable to help. I reached out to Beam and they were able to get me in and fixed it the same day. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely be back.
They take forever to do a simple service. I have a garage and a lift at home and doesn't take forever to get things done.
They're also a western plow dealer. If you need parts, go here. If they don't have it, they'll get it!
