Cook Tire & Service Center - N Nacogdoches

My husband and I have went here for the last few years for all of our needs. These are the nicest men I have ever had working on my vehicle. I also recently came to them for a newer vehicle we bought that we thought was a tire issues. They diagnosed it as a transmission issue which helped to us figure out how to fix it. Came to them again week later on a different vehicle for a simple balance and they fixed that and let me know that I would need to change tires soon. They are always professional, always reasonably priced. Always willing and able to help. Would recommend them to anyone.

100% Satisfied; I've purchased several sets of tires, alignments and lifts. Anytime I've had any problem they have taken care of me properly and resolved the issue which was rare to have, but when I did have the issue they had my back! Will always have a customer for life.

Enterprise rental car sent me to Cooks to have a flat tire fixed. Their corporate account agreement with Cooks Automotive on North Street in Nacogdoches Texas had my tire changed and back in the road in a jiffy. Handicapped. Parking and building accessibility.

Called to ask about replacing tires and rims, person over the phone was rude. The website clearly has rims (wheels) all over it, yet when I asked the individual over the phone for both, he stated they don't have wheels in stock. Clearly just wanted to get off the phone.
