If I could give them a million stars I would - after spending thousands of dollars on our VW Jetta with a different shop in town and waiting months for it to get worked on they said it wasn’t worth fixing anymore and we should scrap it. Took it to Franky’s for one last try and thank goodness we did - all it needed was a dip stick for the oil (missing from last shop) ignition coil and spark plug $220 in parts $200 labor -runs like brand new! thank you thank you thank you! 🤩

Our vehicle broke down on our way back to Houston in Lufkin. Franky towed us back to his shop and fixed our vehicle all in one day!!! He's very honest and treated us so good!! If you need vehicle work done by a mechanic you can trust then he is your guy!! Thanks Franky!!!

Excellent shop. I pretty much gave up on my truck, it was driving me crazy, but Franky's shop took care of it and I love my truck now!

Ill tell you the facts and u make up your own mind. I dropped my car off needing ac charged, my passenger seat wouldnt go back up was laying flat, and i had a oil leak losing a qt a week. Franky had it 3 days called and told me it was gonna cost 300$ to do diagnostic testing add oil, freon etc. I said ok then he called back after already starting testing told me my warranty was out due to mileage i said ok just call me before doing any repairs thenlet me know where im at. He called back 3 hrs later saying it was a switch on my seat that they had returned it to a normal seat setting and unplugged it fir now bc that would cost 200$ to replace the switch. That he added 3 cans of freon and it was hokding it so it must of just been low so that was fixed and he added 5qt of oil ( the day i d
