I had a coolant leak in my heater control valve. I dropped my pick-up off at 6:10 in the morning on my way to work and called at 5 PM and found it was ready for me to pick up before 5:30. Thank You for such quick service!

Ask yourself the longest it's ever taken for a shop to inspect your car and give you a repair quote by phone (for a routine service). Four hours? 1 day? 2 days? Try 5... business... days. The inspection was confirmed done on day 1. A supervisor sat on that quote for a week knowing his approval was needed. Tell me you just don't want the job without telling me. I could expend more time on the madness of the price quote but I think this shop has wasted enough of my time already. Edited to add: this predatory behavior is mentioned by two other people here. I too never received the write up for the recommended work. Glad I escaped only paying for the damn inspection!

Struggled through a crappy designed car!! Coopers Auto Repair is a straightforward mechanic who keeps you informed. I had a weird AC issue with my jeep, and they even called in a specialist to try to figure it out. Called me back a handful of times and let me know they are still troubleshooting. Just from their communication alone, I’d take any car of mine back there, knowing they will help you out.
