I had an issue with my A/C system and needed a real recharge. I do most of my own work but I don’t have an A/C recharge machine so I brought it to them. They reasonably charged me $283 but included a diag as well. Their diag concluded that my compressor had shredded internally and they wanted $2500 to essentially replace the entire system on my 2005 truck. I disagreed with their diagnostic and took my truck back to do my own diag..which concluded that the shop did not do any of the 3 things I paid for(diag for leaks, schrader valve replacement, and a recharge) I took my truck back to them the same day and let them know that my system was empty of refrigerant, Schrader valves were leaking and my compressor was indeed working fine. I recently bought a used car and wanted to get it looked over. This shop was recommend by a family member so I felt good about going. I will say the shop itself was very nice and so were the people. The appointment was also quick and they gave me good suggestions on the car. My ride home was two hours and I didn’t notice anything different when I left. However, when I got home and turned off my car it started with an unusual sound. The next day I started my car and the sound happened again and stayed while I drove my car to the gas station. Once there I had a chance to look at the engine. To my surprise I found a handheld shop flashlight laying in my engine that was hitting up on something. Needless to say I was pretty upset. Blew a tire on my Porsche on the Saturday night this past weekend. Had the car towed there and keys dropped off. Was contacted Monday morning, provided a quote, had both rear tires replaced (and taillight) and just picked th car up this morning. Absolutely seamless and professional throughout. Highly recommend.
