Great sales department, bought 2 cars in 3 weeks

I was initially pleased. Guys seemed pretty good. But I had to buy the truck late. I didn't really get to give the truck a final look over before leaving. Come to find out what looked like a smudge in the windshield was a splinter from a rock. And my touchscreen radio which controls nearly everything in my truck was not working. In all fairness I bought the truck as is. So they were not necessarily liable. But these guys knew what I had to do to get this truck. I didn't negotiate on the price. I would have thought we could have come up with something fair for both of us. But instead I couldn't even get a response back. I got a nice truck for fair price. The cleaning was poor as well.
