SPx Customs & 24hr Towing Service

Brought my RAM 1500 (243k miles) in for a full transmission service with Wix filters. These guys are 100% honest—they let me know the thermal bypass will take some time to get here, but they took care of the service to get me back on the road in the meantime. The truck pulls like a freight train on the interstate now. The shifting is night and day; it grabs instantly and feels incredibly responsive. If you want a shop that knows how to treat a high-mileage Warrior, this is the spot. 5 stars.

My husband and I have been using SPX for over 5 years. They have become our vehicle physicians🤣. Brett and Nicole are one of a kind. The integrity that comes out of this shop is beyond me. They partner with you in repair decisions and are honest enough to tell you if it is beyond repair while providing recommendations on next steps. We have 3 vehicles (one new that they provided feedback on). The other 2 have been maintained by SPX (and are old - 2014 Malibu & 2005 Tahoe) and they are just fine.

Best tow experience i have ever had, really affordable and negotiable price. They were there in less than an hour from the time i called. No damages to my vehicle while loading my car on the trailer, transporting, and removing my car off the trailer. Fantastic work

I brought my car in for repair in the morning and Nicole called me before lunch time with diagnosis and repair costs. Their quote was more than fair, and she even gave me a few options knowing it’s close to Christmas and budgets are tight. I happily agreed to the repair and my car was fixed well before the end of the day. I’ll never go anywhere else! This is the first place I’ve ever fully trusted to be transparent and to fix my car properly. They even offered to put the battery in my key fob after I’d been carrying the battery around in my purse for weeks (lol). That’s real service. Thank you so much.

During the rain storm yesterday, my “no oil” light came on. Once I got to the shell station the woman at the station gave me the number for these guys. Brett explained to me that it would be hard if not impossible find the correct oil on a Sunday for my AUDiI and not to drive the car. AAA was NO help as they did not come to that area. Happily, the electronic oil gauge ( not dashboard )showed I had plenty of oil so I got home just fine. The five stars is because of the time Brett took to explain my options. I will probably drop AAA b/c my car will most likely have to be towed if there is a problem and I am better off just knowing about excellent towing services. These guys will be on my list.
