Cooper's Towing

Locked myself out of my car at 3 Springs Camp. Gary came all the way out here (hour and a half) to unlock my car. His wife answers all the phone calls and is very sweet!

I called AAA to tow a mini van out of my driveway cause the transmission gave out. They sent Coopers. The driver was supposed to call when he was close. He didn't call. I live right off route six so I don't think he even slowed down to look. He called the office and said he wouldn't do it. I have two entrances to the driveway, the whole thing had been plowed and cindered, the one had a little snow on it with cinders and the other was clear. What a joke

Absolute life savers! My car went into limp mode 3hrs into a 6.5hr drive back to NY from Dover, DE & was pulling P0299 Turbo charger super booster & cylinder and 3 injection timing they picked up the tow job from AAA. It wasn't an easy or quick tow job either, but the driver was personable & prompt. A+++ SERVICE!

Being a single woman on the road at night alone and your car dies is the worst thing to happen. I used AAA and the gentleman that arrived in a timely matter was able to assist me and explain what I should ask the dealer the next time I go. So grateful and Thankful he got my car running!

On 9/25/20 we had a flat tire on our Hertz rental. There was no spare tire and we required a tow. We called AAA and had the vehicle towed by Coopers. They were so helpful in a very stressful situation. Now months later Hertz is trying to bill us over $500 for a that tow. We contacted Coopers and they helped us obtain detailed information so that we can prove that AAA towed the car and that we shouldn't be charged. We strongly recommend them.
