My car was towed to the dealership on a Friday morning. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, called with a quote, and had the part in stock. The repair was completed the same day. Excellent service and communication throughout!

As other Chevrolet dealerships, this one also is a horrible place. I brought my vehicle for oil change service, and they damaged the vehicle while service. I have a dash camera, and it saves 3-day record. I noticed the damage next day of the service, I checked the dash cam, and all videos were deleted. The dealership refusing that the damage has been done during their service. I requested the dealership to send me the video records from the service center to review because I live a far away from the dealership, and I have a busy schedule. They said yes and after said no. Finally, they rejected my request. I don't recommend you to have a deal with this service center!!! As I guess in every service center, they are happy to destroy your vehicles.

​I am writing this review to share the utterly unacceptable experience I had at Copeland Chevrolet. I came in for what was supposed to be a simple oil change and a quote for a tire monitor sensor repair. What followed was a complete waste of my time and a shocking display of incompetence. ​After waiting for over an hour, I asked a representative for a status update, only to be told they had already removed the tires from my car—a step that was completely unnecessary for the services I requested. I had to get a ride to work, expecting a call back when my car was ready. The call never came. ​I had to contact the dealership multiple times myself to get any information. I just want to give a huge shoutout the team at Copeland Toyota. Caleb was very professional, respectful and honest. Everyone was exceptionally nice as well and everything was taken care of in a timely manner ! Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend !
