Amazing customer service. Will the owner always is friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have been going here for years and they always take good care of my car. If you need a HONEST mechanic you need to go to Cope's Garage!!!

Cope fixed my son's clutch. But somehow I ended up paying for the clutch and a brand new engine. Not sure why they don't have insurance. Car runs good but the steering was wonky. Not sure why. Price made me cry.

My sister and I were driving from Michigan to GA, when we had car trouble in Berea, KY. It was already past business hours so we called Cope’s garage the next morning and Will said he would take a look at the car. We drove the car over to Cole’s garage after checking out of our hotel. Will found that the transmission fluid lines were rusted through and leaking and had to be replaced. He called us a taxi to take us back to the hotel. Will had to order the parts and they wouldn’t be in until the next day. The next day Will received the parts and had the car ready in the afternoon. Will drove the car over to the hotel; we checked out of the hotel and we went with Will for a test drive on the freeway. So nice of Will to do the test drive with us. All was fine with the car. This place was amazing we were on our way from Michigan to Florida and ran into some trouble they towed us and got us up and going.very quick and very affordable we barely had enough money and they made it work they also drove us to a hotel and picked us up when our car was done the next morning and i know this sounds crazy but they gave us $20 towards our hotel talk about southern hospitality when we first called them we were on the highway broke down and they said about 45 min to come tow us they were there in 20 min tops long story short we could continue our trip and it was all because of these great people. Very unprofessional. I came here for a second quote on bearing replacement. I drive a 2003 Toyota. After waiting over an hour I finally had a quote and felt a lot of pressure to have them do the work because they "had already done so much work to get the car apart" and "the car might not make it all the way down the road". Cope's quote was $200 more expensive than the first. When I told Cope's Garage that I wanted to take my business elsewhere they became very defensive and thought I was foolish because another garage was trying to scam me. I was persistent in my choice to go elsewhere. My car works wonderfully now and I saved myself a $200 hassle.
