They absolutely knocked this Bradford Built flatbed build out of the park! From start to finish, the team was amazing to deal with, super professional, incredibly accommodating, and truly invested in getting every detail right. Scheduled my brakes a week and a half ago. Dropped it off the night before. Waited till roughly 330pm the next day to check for an update and was told that it wasn’t gotten to because they where short a tech. Ok no biggie, I get it. I told them I’d just keep it there since I scheduled and was put on hold to then be told they can try and fit me in but the chances where slim. Maybe I don’t understand how scheduling works but something didn’t add up. Wish the communication was a bit better throughout the day.

Took my malibu a few months back when I had a small front end collision. They took care of it right away and kept me up to date the whole time. The car was back to me exactly when it was promised and looked even better then it did before the accident. These guys know what they are doing. If you need any body work done. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Great overall experience

In the years I have used Cope's for repairs and maintenance I've never dealt with more honest, hardworking, timely, and fair mechanics. They never overcharge for the work they do or push for unnecessary repairs. I feel safe on the road knowing me and my family's cars are serviced and maintained by Cope's.
