Got a light bar i stalled, it was hanging off my truck before I got home. Got an oil change recently. Oil plug was leaking, and hanging on by two threads

The owner was forced to confront me as I was taking this picture. I was so captured by how busy it was I trespassed his customers truck, by up stepping on the bumper. He was so concerned and rightfully so he took time from the shop. It effected my day in 2 ways. My presumption to just do that would be ok kind of makes my sick but it won't happen again. Secondly I am struck by how patient he was with me and my complete lack of situational awareness. It is clear to my why he is so busy.

I’m very angry by my experience with this company. They have had my truck in and out of their shop for “Warranty” work however everytime I get it back a new issue arises that costs more money, that wouldn’t be much of an problem however when a new part is being put in or replaced I’m not getting told prior, so when I go to pick up my truck I’m getting charged over $700 everytime for not only the part but the labor as well. After almost 2 months of having my vehicle the same issue I took it in for to be fixed is still happening.

Took my 23 yr. old Jeep there yesterday with a check engine lite. The guys scanned it, found the problem and fixed it. Even showed me the old parts! Charged me less than $200.00! My old darling has found a home!
