Great Company, staff are top shelf, Haily, Tyler, Jim, William, and Esera are professionals. I purchased my FIRST SET OF NEW TIRES, back in 1977 at Les Schwab in Longview Washington and have been a Les Schwab customer ever since. I live near Coquille Oregon now and the branch there has outfitted all my trucks and cars for several years now and I have always been satisfied with their work and the tires that they sold me.
Went in for a diagnosis. And came out (after the entire day there) with a rather large list of issues. But the issues it was brought in for. Weren't even acknowledged. Let alone listed on the estimate. That was done at the second place I went. Tom & Giggs auto, identified the problem. And subsequently fixed it!! All in around two hours!
I just wanted to give a big shout out to the crew at Les Schwab for the awesome customer service. They hooked me up with a 3 inch lift, wheels and tires for my Tacoma they were very helpful with everything and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. A big thank you to Shane and his crew at Les Schwab.
Great experience, and they change oil now!
Took my Sequoia for new wheels/tires. As always, staff helpful and courteous. Had an issue after the mounting and Chuck went out of his way to get it cleared up. Great customer service!
