Looking for RV tires after a blowout. Everyone was so nice. The lady at the desk did everything she could to find me the tires I needed. Prices were competitive and service was fast and friendly.

They did fast work at a great price. Friendly staff.

Did not have to wait. They got right to work on my tire and fixed it in just a few minutes. I was told by another dealer that I would have to get a new tire. These people saved me a lot of money.

March 16, 2024 I called around 10:30 am. Found out the phone was disconnected. Had to dig to find the real number. Called and no answer. Called around 11:24, when I got there 10 mins later, the girl behind the counter had an attitude and told me they wouldn’t have time to put tires on. I explained that google showed they didn’t open til 11:00. (Today it shows correct hours and number how ironic) but she still was snarky and said “well we been here since 8:30” (or whatever time she said). I immediately left. I found her customer service to be extremely rude and uncalled for. You are not supposed to speak to people in such a manner. Maybe some customer service classes would help her speak to people more properly.

We were in a jam on our way north from Florida to Kentucky. One of our trailer tires blew and after putting on our spare we decided to get 4 brand new tires. They were awesome, had our tires waiting for us and they jumped right on changing them out. Great customer service.
