My vehicle needed an oil change and the experience I received at a different vendor during the last change was not pleasant or encouraging. With Cordell from the beginning was easy and very professional. The online appointment process was simple and quick, and when I arrived for my appointment they knew exactly who I was and why I was there, felt good to be recognized as it let me know i was in the right place. The rest of my appointment went as easy as making it for they took care of everything from pulling it in from the lot to bringing it close to the lobby when it was done, it was a pretty cold day and I appreciated the extra effort taken by the crew at Cordells.

I always have great service. They know me and my car so I am welcomed by name when I walk in. They are quick and accurate in timing of work. Prices are prices. Thll The service is the value to me. They make me feel valued. This is why I come back. Always.

Cordell's has worked on several of my vehicles. Much of the time it is for a diagnosis only since I like to do my own work when I can. If they can't figure it out I don't get charged. They are very friendly and honest. I keep going back.

Cordell’s just did an oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle. They are always very professional and on time. I would highly recommend Cordell’s! I also took my son’s car to them after other auto shops could not diagnose the problem. The team at Cordell’s went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get it fixed.
