Everything about my experience at Core was top notch. I dropped off my 2025 F-250 for repairs on a minor fender bender. I dropped my truck off on Monday and had it back Friday afternoon. They even did a full detail exterior and interior. Truck looks like the day I bought it.

I have to admit, I wasn't the easiest customer at first. After my car was hit while parked, I was frustrated and confused about the whole repair process, especially when I learned they wanted to keep my car after the estimate. I thought I could just bring it back later since it was drivable. It turns out, the insurance policies play a significant role in these decisions State Farm, in particular, is more stringent about how things are handled. Despite my initial sass, the team at the collision center was incredibly patient and understanding. They explained everything clearly, which helped me see that their hands were tied by the insurance requirements. Jacob was very courteous and great at providing daily communication which was appreciated. I got my car back in good shape much quicker than expected. Highly recommend!

Brought my 2022 Bronco in for some crash damages and worked with Jacob - he was so great to work and they handled everything from start to finish once I dropped the vehicle off. They had my vehicle done very quickly and made the whole process so seamless. My vehicle looks great again!!
