This is my first experience with Cornerstone Auto Service. They went above and beyond working with me scheduling wise as I had to change the schedule due to health reasons and they were very accommodating. Then the service performed on my car was top notch. I will feel very comfortable with them servicing my vehicles from here on out.

I was stranded on 77 north near Parkersburg in my Porsche Macan. I was able to have my vehicle towed to Cornerstone. They were slammed but Tony the owner was able to look at the vehicle the day to get me on the road to Ohio from NC. Now that is customer service. A model for all repair shop. The service advisor was outstanding. But…when I looked at the diagnostic sheet that was left on the seat of my car was for a different car. So, aI do not know what codes were found on my car. I knew something was wrong when I noticed it was the wrong year, mileage and VIN number.
