I left the garage with the same problem I arrived with days earlier; they recommended I get a second opinion as they were unable to diagnose the problem. The next garage has the problem fixed within hours and said they “didn’t see how” it wasn’t seen before. I was so upset to have lost days and hundreds of dollars for what turned out to be an easy fix.

I am very impressed with Valley Muffler & Brake. From my initial stop for assessment and estimate, when Jackson took time to put my vehicle on the lift and show me what needed to be done, to Dusty’s (the owner’s) proactive steps to work me in at my convenience after their supplier shipped the incorrect item on my scheduled appointment. I felt very secure in their combined care to facilitate getting my job complete. Further, again being proactive, they found a nail in my tire and set to repairing that as well. Highly recommend!! (and it cost less than the estimate... always a favorite feel)

They treated respectfully and right every time I’ve come through and been honest with me through it all. They always gotten ahold of me and told me what all was wrong and broke it down for me. They normally check it out and have it done within a day or two.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. Dusty and his father have always provided fantastic service at a very fair price. I continue to highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for “The Best of The Best”!
