Truck was left filthy with white hand prints, overspray and tape. Check engine light was on at pick up, even though I was told twice that every vehicle is scanned in and before check out. Had a mix of new and old codes. Which invalidates that claim. Windshield washer reservoir was replaced, but left empty. I filled it myself, but the light stayed on. Found the plug tucked over other wires and hanging. Everyone seems stressed out and rushed, which seems to impact all areas of customer service. As a repeat customer of other Corwin products, it's extremely disappointing.

Monday before Christimas, 8:00 am shattered my drivers side mirror backing out of my garage on my way to work. Trevor at Corwin had me come in right away. They had it fixed and put my week back on track within an hour. Thanks Trevor and crew. Not the first time these folks have over-performed for me. Customer service the way it used to be - back in the days of yore.
