My friend waited two hours just for them to strip the drain plug and total the car. Thanks corwin! I’d rather get my oil changed by a homeless person.

Waited almost two hours to get an ‘Express lube’ on my daughter’s 2025 jeep wrangler at Corwin Jeep. I was first in line. Vehicle never moved. They had a ‘communication issue’. I left. I didn’t get an apology either. I think it was an ineptitude issue. Grease Monkey to the rescue. In and out, with no ‘communication issues, a thank you, and treated respectfully. Five stars for Grease Monkey.

Micheal Peterson was my service advisor and everything was awesome! Scheduled appt for oil change on my 4runner since my wife was in town for work and I was impressed since I am from Dallas. From the xtime text updates and service recommendations to customer service to how fast it was done, I have no complaints and very happy with service

2.5 hours to wait for an oil change. You can’t call yourself express, done fast done right if it takes 2.5 hours. That not express or fast. I have been coming here for 30 plus years- time to find a new place

Amazing service and very friendly staff! I've never been there before so I got lost trying to figure out where to go for a scheduled oil change, but a sweet lady pointed me in the right direction without sounding annoyed or irritated.
