Great place and I'm so happy they could work something out for us to get a bigger family vehicle. Even answered the phone when we called about getting keys switched up and more questions about the car. Also my son loved the snacks and water/animal feature they had there too. So glad they didn't mind having him there.

Worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. The sales manager and the finance guy were irritated that I brought my own financing instead of going through them. I got to listen to the sales manager complain about how my banker didn’t know what he was doing, and then once that was all over with and I went in to sign the paperwork later that day, I got to listen to the finance guy complain about how it shouldn’t have been done this way and he couldn’t give me any information about how soon my trade would be paid off because I didn’t finance through them. He also falsely claimed they gave me more money for my trade-in only because I was going to finance through the dealership. If that was the case they didn’t have to go through with the deal since I hadn’t signed the paperwork y

Our experience was excellent. Our sales man J’Sean Harris went above and beyond. He listened to what we wanted and did everything he could to get us into the car that we wanted. Our finance Robert was excellent too. I would highly recommend Corwin Toyota of Bellevue for your car needs. Definitely will do business there again.
