Starting vehicle maintenance program on '21 Crosstrek I just purchased and I trust them to notify me of needed maintenance. Continuing to build a relationship with Cosmos. Following recommendations, I had tires replaced/ alignment andsuspension mechanisms replaced. So far so good. I don't feel pressured to perform repairs but, I do take recommendations seriously. And I still feel the sincerity that I'm looking for, that I didn't feel with large chain repair shops. Nothing is cheap nowadays but, It seems fair. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs honest work done at an honest price.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle and provided a clear breakdown of the repairs needed. Awesome shop. I was broke down from out of state. I called and they were no problem have your truck towed here we will take care of it. Great service and the team here are very nice. They are great at keeping you updated. Having the service report/details available online (sent via text link) gives a lot of transparency for the customer. Never pushy, give genuine recommendations for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Front and back of house operation are really nice people. Happy I found them, my truck is always in good hands with the Cosmo’s team!

I've never in my life experienced an auto mechanic shop that despite what my vehicle was in the shop for, took the time to not only point out other issues, but document them with pictures and videos. Absolutely a game changer. Then, when I picked the vehicle up, provided the receipt WITH a breakdown if the cost of each diagnosed repair needed aside from the simple oil change I brought my vehicle in for. Color me impressed, I will certainly be looking forward to using Cosmos Service Center again in the future.
