Costa Mesa Auto Service Center

This is the best auto shop l've ever been to. My car broke down and I had 2 hours to get to work. I called Triple-A and after putting in my request for a tow, James called me immediately and gave me all the info I needed. I just needed a new battery so once I got a jump I drove to Costa Mesa Auto Service Center and they replaced my battery in 15 minutes, didn't try to upsell me on anything, gave me a discount and a really reasonable price. This is the only mechanic I’ve ever been to where they didn’t try to sell me a ton of extra stuff and charge me a fortune. So grateful to have found this place and for James’ excellent service.

I went with my mother-in-law to get brake light bulbs changed. I have to say they were nice and helpful. Their estimate was so much better priced than other places.They managed to get it done the same day and we are happy to recommend this place. They did a great job.

Walked in needing brakes, and had a great interaction with both the manager and the owner (happened to be there getting his own car worked on). Repairs cost about what you'd expect, but the service was great, and he let me know what else I might need to get done without pressure to do it right then. I'll be back!

Timely, skilled, and honest service. Anthony was so kind and understanding when I came in for same-day service on my car that was having trouble starting.
