Not sure I’f his name was Terry? But I called ahead looking for a quote earlier today and then ended up coming in for an oil change. He was probably the most wholesome customer service at a mechanic shop. He showed me all the pricing upfront and made sure everything was good and running. 10/10 will be coming back !!
Never got anyone’s name when I was in there on 1/29, but everyone that talked to me was super professional, super friendly and extremely down to earth. ESPECIALLY the guy who showed me my oil level. He was casual, personable and all around a great guy. Deserves every dime he makes and more. I will definitely be coming back :)
Visited the savage location before and great to see a consistent product between locations. Friendly staff, asked what service i needed and that was it, no upsells and reasonable price. Topped off my wiper fluid too. Had to wait a bit I think due to staffing but one the oil chance started, only 5 minutes as the entire crew was focused on my car. Highly recommend
Came here as a new customer. Employees were courteous and efficient. They give you the pricing upfront and explain everything it covers. Even if you're a regular at an auto shop, it's good to know you can come here with no appointment and get in and out quickly. I will be returning.
