Horrible experience at Lino Lakes. Strongly recommend Blaine, where I have also gone for service. Lino Lakes worked hard to sell me services and products that I didn't need. Came in to Lino Lakes to have snow tires that I bought from them a year or two ago, installed on the car. This was a service that they offered to do at no charge. (They were already mounted on new wheels.) First, they wanted me to have my wheels/tires re-balanced. This made no sense to me since all of the tires had a smooth ride and none showed any unusual tire wear. So it was not done. It has proven to be the right decision. Then, when the first all weather tire was removed from the car, I was told that my snow tire would not be installed on the car because my lug nuts were too worn and unsafe. They required that I

I had tires replaced a few months ago and they did a great job. Great customer service, fast, and quality but inexpensive. Today, I came in with a screw in my tire. I share a driveway with my neighbor and they never clean up after themselves. This is the second time this has happened on the exact same tire. They got me in and out quickly. They did it at no cost. Highly recommend the Lino Lakes location. Thank you!

I will update once resolved. I've been coming here for many years spending thousands. I come in for a brand new set of wranglers end of September. Soon as the cold snap hit all 4 brand new tires went down to 15lbs brought it back they claim the sticker was left on the tires that's why I had leaks in all 4. Brought it back today driver left was flat after flat after flat, they tell me it's My rim. So I pay 1000 for new rims. Go to leave the grocery store and my truck comes to a screeching halt the rims now are to short and made the tires rub on my mud flaps and my side walls so bad. When I back up. I called and they are going to order me the correct set of rims and give me 200$ back. I will update when the problem is resolved but I am pissed!! This is not ok at all for me to have to come ba

Mike and Jackson were very helpful and I trusted they would fix my shakey steering or refer me on. It needed an alignment which they offered. They could of charged me an arm and a leg. But stayed at the price they quoted me. Would refer the lino lakes store to family and friends. Thank you so much guys
