Costco Tire Center Liberty Township, Ohio

Customer service was not friendly. They forgot they had my car and after 2 hours I asked if they could locate it. They said my tire was not able to be fixed but they did not have 4 new ones in stock. They would not sell me 2 tires because it was AWD for liability purposes but told me I could drive it home and back when new tires were in. The lack of concern for my safety driving on a flat versus selling me the 2 tires until others arrived was disappointing. I ended up taking car to another shop and interesting enough, my tire WAS able to be repaired!! Shady business as Costco Liberty Tire.

Always a great experience with Costco’s Tire Center. What I appreciate most is their transparency. If they’ve got a booked day, they’ll give an honest wait time. Most recently, they looked at my tires on a new vehicle (not purchased here) for a possible leak, and while it wasn’t reparable at their location, recommended another service center and didn’t charge me for their time.

Good deal on tires, but not worth it due to the lousy customer service. Our order was messed up twice, delayed because of this, then the employees were rude when it was finally time to install. Next time, we'll pay a bit extra and go somewhere else. Disappointing.

Tire and battery at this store has the worst communication and shocking lack ability to provide customer service. Drove to Sam Club the same day as a walk in and they took care of my request with in a hour no question asked.
