Take 5 Oil Change

AMAZING service. Been coming to this location for over a year and never had such a thorough job. This was the first time they ever showed me a filter under my glove box. And first time I was ever showed car fax report and it was explained to me. They said shop was under new management and it shows. Great work guys

Kind and fast service. The service folks who helped me made casual conversation and asked me how my day was going. Went in for a quick oil change and got exactly that. Super quick and efficient. They got my tire pressure right again and topped my fluids. Great experience- thank you to the 3 people who helped me so well today! I appreciate it :)

They used to be great. Today, not so much. I pulled in about 4:50 pm. I was asked to back up so I did. I sat for 10 minutes watching them (3 or 4 of them) work on one cars tires, maybe. At that point one of the guys informed me that they had closed at 5. It was 5:01. Website says they close at 8. What the heck?

I tried to visit here at 630pm on Wednesday 3/4/26. The lights were on and the open sign was on. Not one person came to help or opened the door. I tried to call the call them and got rerouted to the call center which did nothing but leave me on hold, with no help at all. They are supposed to be convenient and reliable, as they offer in their services, but this location is neither of those things. DO NOT GO here if you want service, because most likely it will say it’s open and won’t be or the workers won’t come out to help you.

For a man working alone, Taylor was kind, courteous and helpful. It took a lot longer than normal but I understood. He did an excellent job. Thank you Taylor
